Cordele, Georgia- Cordele residents have been consuming specialty coffee drinks for over three months. Since opening in December, Ellianos Coffee can be seen in Cordele delivering international flavor in a very personal and local setting. Founded on the railroad system, Cordele is no stranger to agriculture and travel. Cordelle hosts an annual pre-season race called SpeedFest in January and a Watermelon festival in June. People near and far that attend this event can now partake in consuming iced, frozen and blended coffee drinks. Ellianos will be available to give travelers “Italian quality coffee at America’s pace”.

Under the ownership of Clifton Mathews, Ellianos at 1415 E 16th Ave will continue to serve coffee while upholding the written values of Ellianos. One of those values is bringing efficiency in everything. This means finding ways to get things done quickly without sacrificing quality.
When asked about community response, Mathews said it has been “phenomenal and very well received”.

There is one woman who has redeemed 20 loyalty cards in three months, which is over 200 cups of coffee.” Mathews continued, “Another person I know said there was a huge difference between his at-home coffee maker and what he is handed through our window. It’s partly because of the product and partly our manager, Ruby Griffin, who is always willing and ready to serve.”

Mathews also commented on his experience opening the store and working with Ellianos. “I couldn’t have worked any better with an organization to make this happen. They were there from the beginning and I hope to open another location.”

Ellianos Coffee and the specialty Coffee industry are growing. They offer franchise opportunities throughout the southeast, including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina and more. The small building footprint and the double drive thru coffee shop layout are attractive qualities for today’s entrepreneur. Ellianos has a proven system for quality, consistency and speed.

About Chad Stewart

Chad Stewart has long enjoyed the value of hard work, starting his first job at age fifteen and currently serving as Ellianos’ Vice President of Franchise Development. In this role, he drives company growth, franchise development, and site selection, and of course, consumes a large number of iced lattes. Chad is striving toward the goal to open 150 Ellianos store locations by the end of 2024. While he is highly determined to put in the hard work to do so, he is equally energetic to have fun throughout every step of the process. Chad genuinely looks forward to work on Mondays but also enjoys spending time with his wife and children traveling, attending baseball games, and frequenting unique local donut shops. Though he admits to being more of a mountaineer than a beachgoer, Chad currently resides in Northern Florida with his family.
