Earn rewards with every dollar!

Our app makes earning rewards simple and rewarding. For every dollar you spend within the app, you'll earn credits that are automatically converted to reward dollars!

Here's how it works:

1. Shop and Earn: Every time you make a purchase through our app, you'll automatically earn credits. The amount of credits you earn per dollar may vary depending on which rewards tier level you've reached.
2. Track Your Progress: Easily track your credit balance and progress towards your next reward right within the app.
3. Redeem Your Rewards: Once you reach 850 credits, you'll automatically receive a $5 credit in your app!

Ready to earn points? It's easy!

1. Open the Ellianos app before you pay: Tap the "Scan" button on the bottom menu.
2. Choose "Scan for Loyalty": This will show your loyalty QR code.
3. Show the QR code to your barista: Scan it, and voila, you've earned your points!

Points can take up to 10 minutes to update. If you don't see an updated point total after 5 minutes, close your app and re-launch. If it still hasn't updated after that please fill out the form below so we can look into it for you.

If you forget to scan for loyalty credits on your visit, please submit a claim within 30 days using the form at the bottom of the page. *Requests do not apply to orders placed before you joined Ellianos Rewards, orders placed online as a guest, purchases of a gift card, orders made through a 3rd party, or a catering order that was paid for in person without scanning your member card.

It takes 5-10 minutes to show an update on your reward points. If your rewards do not update after 10 minutes, try closing your app and reopening.  If you have any problems with your reward credits not updating, please fill out the form below, and we'll have one of our friendly staff look into it.

Once you reach 850 points, they automatically convert into $5 Reward Dollars on your account. When ordering online, you can choose if you want to apply any credit. On "Scan for Loyalty" at the window, it's automatically applied to your ticket.

Heads up about location: Just make sure you pick the right store before ordering. No worries if you choose the wrong one; just let the barista know, and they'll help you out!

Use the form at the bottom of the page to submit a refund claim on the out-of-stock item.

Easily update your info! In the app, go to Account > Profile and make your changes.

Start your rewards journey strong! You'll automatically become a Bronze level user and receive 250 bonus points upon setting up your account in the new app. Keep climbing the ladder: reach 1,500 points for Silver, 5,000 points for Gold, and 10,000 points for the exclusive Platinum level!  The higher you climb, the more credits you'll earn per dollar spent.

Unfortunately, DoorDash orders don’t qualify for Ellianos App points, but there may be other freebies from DoorDash, such as free delivery with DashPass.

You can still earn and redeem rewards, but first you'll need to create an account using the steps below.

2. Click the upper right-hand corner profile "Login" logo
3. Select “Create an Account”
4. You MUST sign up using the same phone number as you used in your Toast Rewards account.
5. Complete the information and sign up

In order to earn or redeem any points/rewards during your next visit, let the barista know that they'll need to look up your account using your phone number while placing your order.

Your rewards and points will automatically be converted and populated into the new Ellianos App.  To ensure a smooth transition, make sure you sign up in the new Ellianos app using the same phone number and email address associated with your current rewards.
