Ellianos Coffee, a southeast-based drive-thru specialty coffee brand, is now open in Perry, Florida, the Tree Capital of the South. This much-anticipated location, nestled in Florida’s Big Bend region, is at 2080 South Jefferson Street, ready to serve the community known for its natural landscapes and outdoor activities.
This new store marks the continued collaboration between Ellianos and seasoned franchisees Gary and Katee Robey. The Robeys, who already own and operate a successful Ellianos Coffee location in Live Oak, Florida, bring their passion for community enrichment to Perry.
“We are thrilled to be expanding in the Ellianos franchise. We enjoy working with small towns and giving new jobs where there aren’t many. Locals supporting locals is a great feeling,” the Robeys said about their latest venture.

Super exciting to have a new business in Perry Florida and for it to be about one of if not my favorite things — coffee! Yay!! My husband Randy has bought a few cups for me and so far they have all been delicious, so I will be trying even more of the flavors until I can find my favorite, but I especially like the Spicy coffees.
