Nestled on SR 200, this new store is set to become a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. Franchisees Spencer and Kacie Hutchison are poised to bring the Ellianos brand to this charming coastal community.
Spencer and Kacie Hutchison, who have been franchisees for over 12 years, were initially drawn to the Ellianos Coffee brand during their college days at Valdosta State University. They opened their first store in Douglas, Georgia, and currently have stores in Kingsland and St. Mary’s as well. Their excitement for this new endeavor is palpable as they look forward to growing the brand and connecting with the incredible people of Fernandina Beach.
When asked about their choice of location, Spencer and Kacie expressed their deep connection to the area through family, friends, and personal interests. Having spent significant time in Fernandina Beach, they fell in love with the place and its proximity to their home and other Ellianos locations. Opening a store in their favorite getaway spot was a dream come true.
The popular specialty coffee brand offers several menu items, including espresso drinks, latte freezers, drip coffee, and more. For non-coffee drinkers, they also serve smoothies, teas, various flavored energy drink offerings called Ellianos Edge, and more. Additionally, they serve various food items such as hearty breakfast grit bowls, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cookies, brownies, and chicken salad croissants.
Ellianos has seen sustained franchise growth, expanding its footprint in Florida and Georgia, and offering territories in several other states. Ellianos is currently seeking franchisees for territories in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
