Karen and Rich Weber, Ellianos franchise owners, are excited to be bringing Ellianos Coffee to Eustis. No strangers to owning a business, the Webers previously owned a donut shop where they served fresh, homemade donuts, as well as two Checkers franchise locations before they decided to step into the world of coffee. The Webers were attracted to the Ellianos double-sided drive-thru design, building pattern, efficiency, and the coffee, of course! Truly, ‘Italian Quality at America’s Pace®’!
As previous residents of both small and large towns, the Webers are looking forward to once again embracing the small-town feeling Eustis provides. In a recent interview, Karen Weber mentioned, “Our first business was located in a small town. We’re thrilled to come back to the small-town living and build lasting relationships with our customers, all while providing them with the best cup of coffee around!”
The Ellianos Coffee location will be located at 2520 S. Bay Street, Eustis, FL, 32726, and is anticipated to open by the beginning of 2023.
