The couple behind the new Ellianos Coffee franchise are no strangers to the world of business. With a combined experience of over 25 years in entrepreneurship, Michael and Becky Moore have successfully juggled full-time careers while raising four children and managing a bustling side business. Starting with selling products at fairs and major events, their journey has taught them invaluable lessons in business management, including inventory control, cost and time management, among others.
It was the quality of Ellianos Coffee that captivated this entrepreneurial duo. During a family visit to Jacksonville, where three of their four children reside, they were introduced to the brand by their coffee-enthusiast daughter-in-law.
“Our daughter-in-law is a bit of a coffee-holic and raved about this new, must-try coffee place,” Becky Moore stated. “All it took was one coffee to know that the quality was next level. After discussing the next venture for our business life, we decided opening a franchise would be a great next challenge for us, and we wanted it to be a business we could stand behind.”
