Jennifer Blalock brings to the Ellianos Team over 30 years of accounting, finance, human resources, process improvement, and management experience. Jennifer gained her experience from various industries, including commercial & residential construction, clinical research, and technology based financial services. She was born in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, raised in South Florida and spent time in Atlanta before settling here in North Florida, 15 years ago. Jennifer is devoted to both her professional and personal life. Married to Eric for 12 years, she is a proud parent to Jordyn and Beck. In addition to starting her journey with Ellianos, she also plans to return to school this year to complete her degree. Her decision-making process is guided by family, honesty, and integrity. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family both here and in Georgia, cooking, golfing, and quiet country night spent relaxing on her front porch. Joining Ellianos Coffee has been a career highlight, she is excited to learn more about the coffee industry and making future contributions to the company.
