Ethan Shields, a Franchise Training Specialist, brings a strong background in leadership and hands-on experience from his time in the Navy, where he earned his Gold Wings as an Aviation Warfare Operator, training our nation’s warriors and foreign allies from all over the world. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, he now resides in Gainesville and is passionate about continuous learning and making a meaningful impact at Ellianos. Ethan is driven by a commitment to excellence, always striving to be his best while helping others do the same. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Jessica, fishing, camping, and hiking—and in his free time, he even tags sharks for conservation research!
