Conner is a Training & Support Specialist here at Ellianos. His responsibilities encompass guiding new franchisees through the initial training program leading up to their store’s opening day. This role not only involves educating franchisees about operational practices but also supporting them before, during, and after the store launch to ensure a smooth transition and successful business operations. A Grand Canyon University alum, he’s proud of his five-time top 10 national cheer rankings. Living by the mantra “Love people and enjoy each day,” he brings positivity and dedication to our team. Beyond work, his passions include woodworking and music. Conner is a Newberry native now residing in Dunnellon with his wife, Megan, and daughter, Madi.
