Debi Bennefield is a licensed realtor who adds to the Ellianos team her extensive history in real estate site selection and negotiation skills and is positioned as the Director of Real Estate. She enjoys working closely with others and assisting them along in the process of attaining the perfect site for their Ellianos store location. Debi has been a multi-million dollar producer for several years and is a licensed Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). As such, Debi is well-versed in guiding applicants through approval processes, preparing applications, and closing negotiations. She attained her education at Georgia State University and the University of Florida, studying music engineering, as well as communications. She enjoys time spent with her family traveling and boating.
