THE ELLIANOS STORY
How It All Began
Ellianos Coffee started with a simple idea: serve high-quality coffee, fast – and serve it with heart.
It all began when founders Scott and Pam Stewart took a trip to the Pacific Northwest and discovered the buzz around drive-thru coffee. Inspired by what they saw, they brought the idea back home to Lake City, Florida, with a vision to create something special for their own community.
In 2002, the first Ellianos opened – built to offer bold, delicious coffee without slowing you down. But more than that, it was built on Southern hospitality, where every guest is greeted with a smile and treated like family.
People embraced the experience right away. As the Ellianos community grew, so did the passion for sharing great coffee and genuine service in more neighborhoods across the region.
