How does the Ellianos Rewards program work?
Sip, earn, repeat — it’s that easy.When you order through the Ellianos app, you’ll earn credits with every dollar you spend. Those credits add up to real rewards you can use toward your next coffee break.
Here's how it works:
- Earn as You Go: Every purchase through the app earns you credits. The higher your rewards tier, the more credits you’ll collect per dollar.
- Keep an Eye on Your Progress: Track your balance and tier status anytime, right in the app.
- Enjoy the Perks: Once you hit 850 credits, we’ll automatically send a $5 reward to your app—no hoops, no codes, just good coffee.
Can I still earn Ellianos App points if I pay with cash or credit card?
Yes.
Before you pay, open the app and tap “Scan” at the bottom.
Then select “Scan for Loyalty” to pull up your QR code.
Show the code to your barista, and your points will be added to your account.
Note: Points may take up to 10 minutes to appear. If they don’t show up after that, try restarting your app. Still no luck? Fill out the form below and we’ll take care of it.
What if I forget to scan for my points?
No worries — it happens.
You can submit a points request within 30 days using the form below.
Exclusions apply: We’re not able to honor missed scans for online guest checkouts, gift card purchases, third-party orders, catering orders without a scan, or orders placed before joining the program.
How long does it take for points to show up after a purchase?
Points usually appear within 5–10 minutes.

Can I save up my points?
Once you earn 850 points, they automatically convert to $5 in Reward Dollars. When you order through the app, you’ll have the option to apply them at checkout. If you scan at the window, they’ll be applied automatically.
What if I pick the wrong location when I order?
If you arrive at a different location than the one you selected, let your barista know and they’ll help you out.
What if something I ordered is out of stock?
Use the form at the bottom of the page to request a refund for the unavailable item.
How do I update my profile or password?
Open the app, go to Account > Profile, and make any updates you need.
How do I level up in the rewards program?
When you sign up, you’ll start at Bronze and receive a Free Drink as a welcome bonus. As you earn more points, you’ll unlock new tiers:
- Silver at 1,500 pointsa
- Gold at 5,000 points
- Platinum at 10,000 points
Each tier earns you more points per dollar.
Do points or rewards ever expire?
Nope! Your points and rewards don’t currently expire — but we’d love to see you again soon.
Do I earn points on DoorDash orders?
Not at this time. DoorDash orders don’t qualify for Ellianos Rewards. However, DoorDash may offer its own perks like free delivery through DashPass.
Can I earn rewards if I don’t use the app?
Yes! If you can’t download the app, you can still sign up and earn points.

- Use the same phone number linked to your Toast Rewards
- Complete your info to finish signing up
At the window, let your barista know to look up your account by phone number to apply rewards.
