Megan Cady began working for Ellianos as a barista at a local store location and has grown with the business to become the Director of Training & Store Operations. This work in the store gave her a keen eye for how day-to-day operations should be run efficiently and effectively. She provides valuable operational expertise for current and future locations to achieve sales and customer growth and become as successful as they can. Megan ensures the focus of the Ellianos Coffee brand reputation by leading and driving operational performance and overall customer satisfaction by always remembering the mission – Italian Quality at America’s Pace®. Megan furthered her education, receiving a certificate in Business Management, and passes along the wealth of knowledge she has gained to each franchisee. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling!
