Dallas Ste-Marie, Ellianos Coffee’s Controller, specializes in all financial matters within the company. After graduating from Liberty University with a Master’s of Accounting at the age of 21, along with over four years of experience, Dallas brings to the Ellianos team a wealth of accounting knowledge and practices that will benefit the franchise system. Dallas currently resides in Northern Florida with her boyfriend Michael, their daughter Baylor, and dog Jesse. When she is not crunching numbers in the office, Dallas enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
