After a trip with her husband to the western United States, Pam recalls wondering why the east coast had no drive-through coffee shops. This flame of curiosity sparked a quest to fill that void through Ellianos Coffee, and Pam admits that it has been a long, engaging, and fulfilling journey. Pam is most comfortable playing the role of a behind-the-scenes support person, having held various positions in the numerous companies she has been a part of, mainly fulfilling accounting responsibilities. Pam has enjoyed raising a family with her husband on their farm, instilling a solid work ethic in her children, and being sure to have fun with them in every moment. She now passes on her love of farm-living to her grandchildren. Pam loves any outdoor activity: gardening, mowing, running, swimming, and working in her yard. However, when rainy weather doesn’t allow her to be outdoors, she is just as content indoors, baking treats for her family. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, she can be found traveling. She especially enjoys hiking in the mountains, geared up with her Merrell hiking shoes, a backpack strapped across her shoulders, a thermos full of coffee, and her family hiking along with her. Her motto is: “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list!” Pam believes the best gift she could ever receive is checking those places off her list with her entire family.
